Alyson's counseling services provide a confidential and safe space for individuals to explore their trauma, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.

Through evidence-based therapies (i.e., Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Somatic therapeutic modalities, techniques, and Interventions.

Alyson helps clients navigate challenges, overcome obstacles, and enhance personal growth through fostering and creating a healthy relationship with YOU!.
